Dwayne isn't just family he's one of my closest friends. We spent holidays together, and built memories side by side. From childhood moments like comparing remote control cars at Christmas, to him showing up years later at one of my basketball games, he's always been solid. We use to set on the porch at 2 a.m. in the cold, wrapped in blankets, talking about life like two old men. That's the type of bond this is. From 2022 through 2025, me and him were basically a daily duo running 2K in the Rec every night. Even now, with his own family and responsibilities, im certian he'd help if I needed it. I always joked about him dressing up as Batman and me Deathstroke to give kids a show for Halloween but we never got to do it. So making him Stryke is the next best thing. Honestly I never even had to ask I already knew he'd be on board and that's why I love the Guy.
Brandon is my older brother, and our childhood was the perfect mix of distance and closeness. We were complete opposites growing up he was the outdoors, fix anything handyman, and I was the athlete and entertainment kid but somehow we always found common ground. We lived together again in junior high, we grew closer without ever having to change who we were. At that time he wasn't playing sports like I was, but he never missed my games. He had that classic "older brother toughness," but he also had the kind of heart that showed up without being asked. He picked up his love for building and repairing from our uncle, and over the years he's gone far beyond that. One of the funniest and proudest memories I have with him was the day I tried to prove "how country I was" because not tht guy. I had a 2000 Ford Explorer, and on the way home I took it straight off the road into an old cornfield, I got stuck immediately literally right in front of our house. It was embarrassing and hilarious, but deep down I know he was proud in his own way. As an adult, he became one of the best fathers I've ever seen. He was always supposed to be part of our Halloween trio Dwayne, Brandon, and me He was gonna be Bane But in my universe, I'd rather have him be the handyman behind the hardware.
Shauncey is my cousin, but might as well be my brother. I went to school with him when he transferred in high school, but didn't really know him at the time. One day I was walking in the afternoon and he was literally right around his house, so I offered to give him a ride. From then on, we were pretty much brothers and always will be. We would literally hang out every weekend UFC fights on Saturday night, Ravens on Sunday morning, it just became a thing. I remember when Pat Barry got knocked out by Cheick Kongo, we both looked at each other with the exact same facial expression, with our mouths open, 100% believing that it couldn't have been true Like it was a Movie. He was there for me in my lowest moments to pick me up, and I can never thank him enough for that. Although he's not a comic book fan, it was a guarantee he would make the universe.
Chris is my younger cousin, but I still remember meeting him back in 7th grade without even knowing we were family. He was this happy go lucky kid with a constant smile, the kind of energy that makes people feel lighter just being around him. Looking back, I think I used to try to toughen him up, almost like I was bullying him in that older-cousin way but the truth is, he never needed it. The dude is strong as an ox, and it’s all natural. Every time I’ve seen Chris, he’s had a smile on his face that’s just who he is. His energy has always been steady and positive, and I knew from the beginning he’d be part of my universe. It was never about if, only about finding the right character that matched who he already is.

Haile is U.S. Army infantry 101st Airborne, 11 Bravo. He's easily one of the strongest, sharpest people I know. He is hands down the biggest supporter of my comics, more than anyone I ever expected to step up for me. He doesn't even care much about comics he just genuinely wants to others win, and that alone tells you the kind of man he is. I don't think I can fully express how much that means to me. I know there's good people but he's one of the best humans walking this earth, even if he'll never admit it. Before we were close, I knew him from the gym. He was always one of the top belts in Jiu-Jitsu class a big guy, calm and respectful, but the type who could twist you up like a pretzel and have you questioning your decision to roll with Him. Now he's one of the multiple black belts on the mats. Over time we realized that we saw the world the same way and that's what turned into a real friendship.
Scotty was literally my second childhood friend in school. I remember I failed the fourth grade, and we hung out the last day of the summer before school because we wouldn't be able to see each other every day since we were going to be in different grades. That friendship remained, but it wasn't as strong because we weren't able to see each other as much. It rekindled in junior high when we got to hang out more every day, and that continued as he started training MMA and eventually got me into it. More than 10 years later, he's now a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a tattoo artist. Scotty's a real proof that anybody can do anything when they put their mind to it. He was born with Talipes, and it hasn't stopped him yet. He's a great father, talented artist, and has one of the most blunt mouths I've ever heard.
I remember seeing J-Burd on MySpace as a kid as a fighter and always thought it was cool, and I remember me and my brother watching his videos the day Anderson Silva submitted Chael Sonnen. Then fast forward, I was in his gym training and it was surreal to me. I was training with our local legend. I've been punched, picked, triangled, guillotined, and even had a 17 minute grappling round with the King's kid. This is a good dude, another talented tattoo artist and coach. He spends most of his day furthering the future of the Burdine family now, and that's good to see because the Burdine future looks bright. He's also a BJJ Black Belt, the owner and Coach of Paragon MMA/ GFT Mississippi

Anne and her husband are Filipino and were the very first artists I used along this journey, and she is a wonder to work with. More of a friend than just an artist, and I think that's how both of us view it because she does call me Po all the time. It's a blessing working with the two because they make the process easy and feel worthy, so I couldn't trade them for anybody. Their art you can view all over the website as well as the webcomics coming up soon.
Blandino is the husband of Anne and he’s the line artist behind many of the artworks you see on the website as well as all of the webcomics. I respect the fact that he allowed his wife to take on a lot of the work, but I can’t allow him to go without getting the equal amount of credit. He’s a good hardworking guy, talented artist, and I’m sure he’s a fantastic husband and father.
Rommel is one of the artists I consistently work with, and he’s always been super responsive. His communication skills are A-tier exactly what you’d want when you’re working with an artist on something important. Talking with him feels natural, almost like we’ve been friends for a while.
He jumped on board long before I even had the funds to start paying for commissions and still kept his options open for me. I’ve always appreciated that, so I’ve treated our working relationship more like a friendship.
I met Kyle online years ago on GTA. Back then I ran a drag racing crew, and every Friday or Saturday, He jumped in one night and it was basically just me and him running the whole group for almost two straight years we instantly clicked. I can't even count how many Bogdans and Cayo Perico heists we ran for each other it was like a weekly routine at that point. Over time, we figured out had an uncle that lives in the same city as me. If you're anywhere in North Carolina, you've probably seen his dad's six-door pickup or even used their towing/ Repair service. Kyle's a chilled, laid-back dude easy to talk to, easy to game with, never dramatic, never doing too much. Just solid all the way through.

Even when I didn't go to school with Jalen, I knew who he was and had been around him, we just never really interacted. But then when we went to school together, we started interacting more and he was always cool to me. Dude always had a smile on his face and was a really good dude. I've never actually gone and hung out with Jalen, but every interaction I've had with him has generally been positive. So when I was trying to find a face for this character, I caught him doing his job one day and it was an instant thought that he was a perfect fit. I asked him and he agreed to it.
Jocelyn is a beautiful woman and mother who I regret not taking my opportunity with. She was a real crush of mine about 7 or 8 years ago. Although nothing ever happened, we still maintained a friendship over the years. Before I messaged her about this, I was worried she wouldn't be cool with the whole process because I had already created this entire character around her without speaking to her in years. When I finally got the courage to message her about it, she was completely cool with being Moonveil.
I didn’t grow up knowing Josh, but I heard his name a lot and honestly, most of what I heard was negative but everything people said didn’t match the person I met. The first time I actually saw him, talked to him was in the gym. I was completely comfortable hanging around, no weird energy, no ego just straightforward and real. What really surprised me was how naturally talented he was in Jiu-Jitsu. I’ve never seen someone pick it up like that. He walked in with basically no martial arts background and was still submitting blue/ purple belts and this was when he was still a white belt. It wasn’t some wild, spazzy beginner style either. Every interaction I’ve had with him personally has been respectful, honest, and solid dude.
Haley is the son of Haile, and like his father he serves United States Air Force, AGE Maintainer. He and I see the world in a lot of the same ways, and every now and then we'll text about something going on online, a debate, or a viewpoint we both connect with. I don't know him quite as deeply as I know his dad, but everything I do know about him shows he's a solid dude, respectful, grounded, and cut from the same cloth. He's definitely taller than his father and he also trains BJJ and holds a Blue belt.

I met Marquise back when we used to play football at the park on the weekends. He was always cool quiet, but the type of quiet where you could still talk to him about anything. When we played each other in junior high, he even scored a touchdown on me off a reverse because I didn’t set the edge and stay in my lane. Once I moved to Corinth and started going to school there, he became one of the two people I hung out with the most. We had a few classes together, and he just instantly felt like one of those guys you vibe with without trying. Every time we’ve crossed paths since then, it’s always been that same hands-up, “what’s up bro” moment. I always envisioned him playing this character, but I didn’t know if he’d actually go for it. The moment I asked him, he didn’t even hesitate he told me I didn’t have to ask him at all.
Darius is an Army Mechanic with the 101st CAB. We called him Fate, and he was also one of my friends from GTA who would race with us. This guy was always there to make everybody laugh, conventionally, unconventionally, or inappropriately. You never knew what his mouth was going to say next. He might have been there racing, but he was there to say anything crazy. He was literally one of the lights of the chat every time he got online often entering with that Unconventional Charisma. It's cool to see the man and father he's become, and I definitely wanted him to be a apart of my universe.
I didn't meet Antwan until I was around 17 or 18, but from the very start he stood out as one of the most laid back, drama free, genuinely cool dudes I'd ever met. That was right at the point in my life where I was stepping out of school, getting deep into martial arts, and figuring out who I was and he was already grown, grounded, and solid. Some of my favorite memories from that time are simple ones hanging out at his place, running co op Madden games with him and Chuck, and every weekend waiting on whatever UFC event was coming up next. We watched the Edgar vs. Maynard chaos live, and we probably still haven't recovered from Silva front kicking Belfort into another universe or seeing Jones leave Machida face first. Life pulled us in different directions, so we don't hang out like we used to, but every time we run into each other it's always good energy, always a real conversation.
Colton was that one guy in junior high where if you weren't cool with him, there had to be something wrong with you because everybody liked him. I think the whole football team spent the night at Colton's house one night. All of us were there, and I can't tell you how many people I have seen at Colton's house when I was younger. Colton and I were always cool. I remember watching him win first place in a skeet shooting competition, keep your minds out of the gutter, and the time I gave him the movie How High. He used to try to sneak and watch that movie anytime his mother wasn't around. If you hung out with Colton, you had some crazy stories. Colton is a good solid dude. I haven't seen him as much in our grown days, but when I do, we shake up like we did when we was younger.

I grew up knowing Rayshad was my cousin, although we didn't go to school together until high school. We played a little football together one season and against each other a few seasons. We were always cool no matter where we met up. When I transferred in high school, I was really hoping to play next to him once he came back from his injuries. He was know in Town as a Defensive Stud over 3 positions. I never got a chance to be on the team for my own reasons. So when I started designing Gilgor's story, I knew I wanted him to be one of two characters.
I don't honestly know her, but I really wanted a Female who was actually from India whose look I could use. Without trying to just take somebody's likeness without their approval, I looked on Fiverr and Reddit then finally found someone who was openly cool with being the character and allowing me to use her likeness. So now we have our Kakashi.
Dash is one of two LDS missionaries I met at Walmart one day, and I think we had a conversation for over an hour in the parking lot. Surprisingly to them, I knew a lot more than they expected, but the conversation was healthy and it was good. He seems to have a loving, energetic personality, which I think is really good for whoever he's paired with. He's very open and honest about what he knows, as well as not claiming anything he doesn't. I hope any of you that meet him in the future get to see that same personality because it won't be in Ravoxx.
Aiden is the second half of the duo I met that day, and he was a good dude. He was a lot more focused and driven, not saying he wasn't playful or had some energy, but you could tell his style was more focused and driven. I got some laughs out of it because I told him he was the youngest person I'd ever seen who had gray haired sideburns/C cup. I enjoyed my interactions with both of these guys every time.

Deonte and I became friends in junior high, and we quickly became good friends. We stayed at each other's houses and he would hang out most weekends. He was someone I continued to hang out with even after I switched schools. I have a lot of respect for him and his family and everything they did for me. Deonte is a very cool, laid back dude who will joke about anything and always has a smile on his face. Dude is a Great Father and older Brother he wouldn't be Deonte if he wasn't roasting somebody. Now days he spends his time becoming the Black Steve Irwin.

Henry Johnson is the main character of Hellfighters of Stercland and serves as a platoon sergeant, battlefield leader, motivator, and operator. Respected by everyone around him, Henry's voice carries weight on the battlefield, where his fierce and no nonsense approach makes him a natural leader. But beneath the soldier is a man fighting for more than victory, he is fighting to make it home to his family.
Needham Roberts is a squad leader and Henry Johnson's best friend. A skilled mechanical engineer, he is the man the team relies on when things go sideways on the battlefield. His technical knowledge and ability to stay calm under pressure make him an essential part of the unit.
James Europe is a platoon leader and band leader who is quiet on the battlefield but always moves to the beat of his own drum. Highly respected by his peers, he is a steady presence within the unit and always has Henry Johnson's back.
Noble Sissle is an assistant squad leader and vocalist for the band. He has a beautiful and comedic voice, paired with fast feet that allow him to maneuver through any obstacle on the battlefield.
Wiliam Hayward
William Hayward is the company executive officer and holds the highest rank among the group. Completely loyal to his regiment, he is a man who garners a nickname unknown to those of that time.
